Delivery to PO Boxes is not available.

Orders will be shipped within 2-5 days of order confirmation (subject to product availability).  

Please note: Our custom labels are made to order therefore can take up to 2 weeks to be created and ready for shipping. They may be shipped separately to avoid holding up other products in your order.

Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days for North Island, 2-5 business days for South Island (please allow additional time for Rural delivery).

*Please note there are delays with delivery times due to a large volume of orders and reduced staff who are complying with Covid protocols.   


Returns

Returns & Exchanges

Returns: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully.  

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items/services include:

Shipping costs

Gift vouchers

Custom labels

Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded. This includes any item(s) that have been purchased using a discount code.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Less shipping costs.

All exchange related shipping costs will be at the customer's cost and Tidy Obsession will only dispatch further products once we have received and inspected the items the customer wishes to exchange and all related shipping costs have been paid.

We will meet our obligations in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
